The CRM retains control of the customer experience, its products, and its internal transactions. ExuraCopy Social Trading manages the social identity, associated wallets, and the balance available for investing or withdrawing.
1

Identify the user

The CRM creates or recognizes the user and defines a stable, unique external_reference.
2

Register the branch

The CRM synchronizes its catalog and coordinates the migration of existing Social Trading users with ExuraCopy Support.
3

Start SSO

The backend requests a session with branch_id and create_wallets: true. ExuraCopy creates or links the user, assigns the branch, and prepares automatic wallets.
4

Redirect the customer

The browser is immediately redirected to redirect_url. The token is short-lived and can only be used once.
5

Retrieve the balance

The CRM queries ExuraCopy whenever it needs to display an updated balance. It does not use a local copy as the source of truth.
6

Move funds

Deposits are credited after confirmation in the CRM. Withdrawals are completed internally after ExuraCopy confirms the debit.
7

Receive new accounts

When the user creates a PAMM or MAM account in Social Trading, the CRM receives a signed webhook and links it through external_reference.
