# CRM Integration

ExuraCopy Social Trading

## Bring Social Trading into your CRM experience

Keep your interface and business workflows while ExuraCopy manages the social user,
SSO session, branch assignment, trading accounts, and available trading balance.

This documentation is intended for the backend team of an external CRM. All API calls are server to server; the browser only receives the SSO URL to which the user must be redirected.

## What the integration covers

| Branch synchronization | `POST /api/v1/branches/sync` | Register external IDs before using them in SSO. |
| Sign-in | `POST /api/v1/sso/start` | Redirect the user to the returned URL. |
| Direct password | `PATCH /api/v1/users/password` | Validate and transmit the new password securely. |
| Balance lookup | `GET /api/v1/wallet/external/account` | Display `available_balance` as the usable balance. |
| Deposit | `POST /api/v1/wallet/external/deposit` | Credit only transactions that have already been confirmed. |
| Withdrawal | `POST /api/v1/wallet/external/withdrawal` | Complete the internal workflow after a successful response. |
| Account created | `POST /api/v1/integrations/crm/account-webhook` + `social.account.created` | Register the receiver, verify signatures, and process each `event_id` only once. |
