# Responsibilities and balances

> Define which information belongs to the CRM and which information is authoritative in ExuraCopy.

## CRM responsibilities

The CRM manages its own interface, navigation, branch catalog, business permissions, and internal deposit or withdrawal statuses. It also preserves the relationship between its user, the `external_reference`, and the external branch ID sent to ExuraCopy.

The CRM may store:

* Its internal transaction identifier.
* The `idempotency_key` used for each movement.
* The `transaction_id` returned by ExuraCopy.
* Operational states and reconciliation timestamps.
* The `event_id` of each received webhook.
* The relationship between each reported MT5 account and its CRM user.

## ExuraCopy responsibilities

ExuraCopy Social Trading maintains the integrated user, effective branch assignment, trading accounts, wallet accounts, ledger, and authoritative Social Trading balance. It also emits events for accounts created through its interface.

This integration uses:

| Property | Configured value |
| - | - |
| Wallet | `PAMM_SOCIAL_USD` |
| Moneda | `USD` |

> [!NOTE]
>
> These values are displayed as portal variables. Confirm the configuration assigned to your integration with ExuraCopy before going to production.

## Balance fields

| Field | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `balance` | Total wallet balance. |
| `available_balance` | Balance immediately available for an operation or withdrawal. |
| `hold_balance` | Balance temporarily held by operations in progress. |

> [!WARNING]
>
> Use `available_balance` to display available funds. Do not recalculate this value or maintain a second authoritative copy in the CRM.
